Holiday Baseball Camp Scheduled in the Husky Dome

The 7th Annual Starz of Tomorrow Baseball Academy Holiday Camp is scheduled for Dec. 26-27 and it will be offered at the St. Cloud State University Husky Dome.
The camp is a great opportunity for players to get a jump start on the upcoming baseball season as well as improve their basic skill level. The specialty camp will emphasize hitting and fundamental skill development drills for infield, outfield, pitching and catching. The camp will be conducted through verbal instruction and visual demonstration.
The camps are open to baseball players ages 7-18 years old and cost is $75 for the two-day commuter camp, $100 for the two-day overnight stay camp, $50 for the commuter one-day camp and and additional $25 if you would like to be included in the prospect showcase for the camp.
This is an excellent opportunity for both the high school and youth baseball player to receive quality instruction from the St. Cloud State University baseball staff and current and former SCSU baseball players. It is also a great opportunity to refine skills prior to the upcoming baseball season. The camps also make the perfect holiday gift idea for your favorite young baseball player.
The camp will include an overnight feature at the GrandStay Hotel in downtown St. Cloud. For only $25.00 extra, campers will receive lodging, a team dinner and team breakfast.

The Husky Dome Sandlot Series is scheduled for Monday's from 5:15 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. during the months of January, February and March. The Sandlot Series is open to all baseball players in grades 2-6. This popular camp allows the participants to play in actual games in the dome along with practice sessions that stress the game's fundamentals and tactics. Again, the Sandlot Series is an outstanding way to refine skills and gain in-game experience during the winter season in Minnesota.
