MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota – Junior Keyshawn Davis won the long jump to highlight the St. Cloud men's track and field teams competition at the Snowshoe Open on the campus of the University of Minnesota on Friday, Feb. 19.

Davis had a leap of 7.04m to win his event. It was the fifth time that Davis has won the long jump this season. The mark was an NCAA Qualifying leap, but did not better his previous NCAA Qualifying jump.

Junior Myles Witcher placed third in the 60m hurdles in a season-best time of 8.42.

Junior Quinn Anderson finished as the runner-up in the weight throw open (16.43m).

Senior Ryan Johnson placed fifth in the weight throw invitational (19.41m).

Freshman Elijah Pitchford finished fifth in the triple jump (13.96m).

The SCSU women's team compete at the Parents' Day Open hosted by Minnesota on Saturday in the final tune-up before the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships. The men's team will next be in competition at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships from Feb. 26-27 from Mankato, Minn.
