Collegeville, Minn. – St. Cloud State's outdoor track & field program had a pair of top three finishes on the first day at the CSB-SJU Outdoor Invite and Multis on Saturday, April 8, at Clemens Stadium.

Freshman Autum Shurbert-Hetzel finished third in the steeplechase with a run of 12:13.31.

Junior McKenzie Holt was the runner-up in the 5000m with her 18:59.01.

The SCSU team continues competing on the second day of the CSB-SJU Outdoor Invite and Multis on Sunday, April 9. The team sends a delegation to the Mt. Sac Relays in Torrance, Calif. from April 13-15. The rest of the program heads to the Lee Krough Invite in St. Peter, Minn. on April 15.
