2017: Witte served as a team captain in 2017...gained NSIC All-Academic honors in 2017...played and starter in 18 games for the Huskies in 2017...scored one goal and two assists along with eight shots and two shots on goal...scored one goal and one assists in win over Upper Iowa on Sept. 29, 2017...also had assist in win over NMU on Sept. 1, 2017...earned NSIC Player of the Week honors on Sept. 5, 2017...received a SCSU Excellence in Leadership Award in 2017-18.
2016: Gained NSIC All-Academic honors in 2016...played in 11 games for the Huskies as a sophomore...had one shot on goal in 2016.
2015: Witte played in 13 games for the Huskies in her freshman season… posting 1 assist… her one assist was against Minnesota Duluth 1-1 on Sept. 15, 2015… had 2 shots on goal.
Before SCSU: A four-time letter winner in soccer, Witte served as a team captain for two seasons at Rosary H.S...an All-Conference award winner and also gained All-Area Second Team accolades during her prep career....2015 All-Section Honorable Mention pick...2015 Team MVP and Royal Sportsmanship award winner...her teams at Rosary won three regional titles and a Suburban Christian Conference championship...Witte also competed for Rosary's cross country team...played for the Tri-Cities SA Premier club team, Witte is a five-year captain with her club teams and helped them win a MRL Division championship...has also played for the Bartlett Hawks U23 club team.
Personal: She is the daughter of Michael and Theresa Witte of Batavia, Ill....an Honor Roll student and Scholar-Athlete award recipient, Witte served as the president of her high school's Human Rights Club and was secretary of the Social Justice League...a member of the French Club, Art Club and Mu Alpha Theta at Rosary...athletic training major at SCSU.
