She lettered in volleyball four years and served as team captain for two years at St. Cloud State. She played on two state championship teams and two regional tournament teams before the advent of the current Division II playoff format. A three-time letter winner in basketball as well as track and field. She served as track team captain for a year and also qualified for the nationals in javelin. She works for the University of Wisconsin-Stout where she is wellness coordinator and head volleyball coach. She coached volleyball and softball at the Division II level for five years.
