Ed Johnson was a four-year standout in football. He graduated with a physical education and social science degree in 1964 and returned in 1968 to receive his secondary school administration degree. In 1981, he received his six-year degree in secondary school administration. Johnson is currently principal at Tech High School in St. Cloud. Johnson has held several Husky records including most points scored in a game and the longest touchdown pass. In 1960, he was the leading scorer in the conference and the MVP of the Husky football team. Johnson has also received the Alumni Service Award, served on the Alumni Association Board and was the Alumni Association Board President in 1986-87. He has been involved with the Husky Booster Club since 1965.
