SCSU student from 1920-22 and faculty member from 1927-69. Competed in football and basketball at SCSU, captaining the 1921 football squad. Served as Dean of Men at SCSU as well as football coach (four years - one championship), basketball coach (four years - one championship) and track coach (four years). Received his B.S. degree from College of St. Thomas and M.S. from University of Southern California.
