A football letterwinner in 1961 and 1963 and a baseball letterwinner from 1962-65. A baseball centerfielder, Miller was a NAIA All-American and All-NIC selection in 1964-65. Captain and Most Valuable Player of the 1965 team, Miller batted .346 during his career with 81 hits in 234 at-bats, including 14 doubles, 6 triples and 6 home runs. Miller teaches school in Stillwater.
