from Bloomington, MN, currently living in Lino Lakes, MN, graduated from SCSU in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Criminal Justice. Participating in cross-country, basketball, softball, and track between 1977 and 1981, she earned 10 letters in her high school years. She competed in basketball and softball for St. Cloud State University during her years in college in 1981-1986. Linda participated in three consecutive NCAA quarterfinal games in basketball. She joined the Anoka Spooks women's slow pitch softball team in 1985 and is still playing for the team. She was part of three National Championship teams in women's major softball with the Anoka Spooks. The team won two National Championships in 1988 and 1992. They were also twice First Team All-American in women's softball. She is now working for United Parcel Services, Minneapolis, as an Operations Manager.
