Perry Rawland

He was a professor of Industrial Arts at SCSU from 1942 until his death in the fall of 1968. He served as the faculty representative on the Northern Intercollegiate Conference (NIC) Athletic Board of Control from 1954-68. There were no limits of his time and effort over the years to make the NIC a success. He was one of the writers of the conference constitution and was a true friend of SCSU athletics. Perry's is the first service award given for the SCSU Athletic Hall of Fame.
