The St. Cloud State University women's tennis suffered only its second NSIC loss of the season with an 8-1 setback at Winona State University on April 12 in Winona, Minn. The loss moves SCSU's record to 15-10, 9-2 NSIC.

The Huskies' lone victory in the match was marked by Tori Marlton at sixth singles with a 1-6, 7-6 (10-5) win over WSU's Laura Roesslin. Of note, Winona State was ranked #6 in the lastest ITA Division II Central Region poll and SCSU was ranked #8.
