SCSU to Offer Youth Wrestling Camps during June 2013

St. Cloud State University will offer two youth wrestling camps during the month of June 2013. A Mini Intensive Camp for grades 7-12 will be offerend on June 16-21, while a Youth Camp for wrestlers in grades K-6 will be offered on June 24-26.
The Mini Intensive Camp costs $400 and it includes three all-you-can-eat meals, a camp t-shirt and first class wrestling instruction from the SCSU coaches. Participants will train like a Husky wrestler and this will include instruction in the latest techniques, drills, live wrestling, conditioning workouts, weight training tips, dieting and nutrition sessions and sports psychology sessions.
This camp will also be offered in a commuter camp format for $250. The commuter camp includes two meals per day.
The Youth Camp is a great opportunity youngsters to learn new wrestling techniques and drills while providing opportunities to compete in live match situations. The cost for the Youth Camp is $75. The camp sessions on June 24-26 are K-2 (9 a.m.-Noon) and grades 3-6 (1 p.m. to 4 p.m.).
