SCSU Nordic Ski competes at Gichi Gummi Races in Wisconsin

The St. Cloud State Nordic Ski team competed at the Gichi Gummi Games in Cable, Wisc. on Jan. 19-20. The event opened on Jan 19 with a classic sprint race, followed by a mass start classic race on Jan. 20.
In the classic sprint race, SCSU's Jamie Herridge posted a 31st place finish with a time of 4:25.21. Teammate Anne Stockinger placed 65th in the race with a time of 4:56.37.
The weekend was completed on Jan 20 with Herridge gaining a 32nd place finish in the mass start classic race with a time of 35:46.6. Stockinger placed 48th in the race with a time of 37:19.8.
The Huskies will return to action on Jan. 26-27 with a trip to the Rhinelander CCSA Race in Rhinelander, Wisc.
 RHINELANDER CCSA RACE
In the classic sprint race, SCSU's Jamie Herridge posted a 31st place finish with a time of 4:25.21. Teammate Anne Stockinger placed 65th in the race with a time of 4:56.37.
