Nordic Ski Announces 2022-23 Schedule, Opens Competition in Duluth

ST. CLOUD, Minn. – St. Cloud State Women's Nordic Ski has finalized their 2022-2023 schedule as the Huskies open up the season on Saturday, Dec. 10 at the GNAC CXC Cup in Duluth, Minn. St. Cloud State will be competing in four regular season meets across five months of competition and a potential of three postseason meets. St. Cloud State will once again be competing in the CCSA (Central Collegiate Ski Association) conference with five other teams which include Michigan Tech, Saint Scholastica, Northern Michigan, Saint Olaf, and UW-Green Bay.
St. Cloud State senior Cheresa Bouley (Zimmerman, Minn) returns after a top-10 finish at the conference meet last season. Head Coach Mike Schroden returns for his fifth season with the Huskies for the 2022-2023 season
The Huskies will have two straight weekends of competition to open the season on Dec. 10-11 in Duluth, Minn., and then they travel to Houghton, Mich., on Dec. 17-18 to compete in the Pre US Nats-FIS Open CXC Cup. St. Cloud State then goes on a four-week holiday break before they travel to Cable, Wis., for the CCSA Invite Seeley Hills Super Tour on Jan. 14-15. The Huskies finish off the regular season where they began back in Duluth, Minn., for the CCSA at GNAC Feb. 4-5.
The postseason begins on Feb. 18-19 with the CCSA Conference Championship in Minneapolis, Minn.
