Dear Huskies Family:
St. Cloud State has been my home and career passion for the last 10 years. During this time, it has been my greatest professional honor to have worked with and served the student-athletes, coaches & staff, university partners, Central Minnesota community, and our alumni and friends. The incredible success we have achieved in athletics and recreation is because of the dedication and commitment to excellence demonstrated by our coaches, staff, and students and supported by Huskies Nation.
The landscape in collegiate athletics and higher education is changing, and your support is more important than ever to a robust and impactful student experience and a connected community. Thank you for giving of your time and resources to ensure our students have the opportunity to achieve their dreams in the classroom, in competition, and as ambassadors in the community. Their experience matters, and we are thankful to our alumni, fans, donors, and friends who make a difference.
I am immensely proud of St. Cloud State Athletics, and even more grateful for the friendships and support I have received from our athletics and recreation team. They have inspired me on so many occasions. As I transition to my new role as Commissioner of the National Collegiate Hockey Conference (NCHC), a special part of my heart will remain with Huskies Athletics and St. Cloud State University and the students, staff, and coaches for whom I care deeply. The impact of St. Cloud State University and this community is indelibly marked on my family. Thank you for being part of our journey.
Best wishes for health, happiness, and success, and Go HUSKIES!
Sincerely,
Â
