It is the first USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete honor of Martinez-Rodriguez's career and the second consecutive season the team has been honored.

The Madrid, Spain native posted six individual event wins over the course of the entire season, including the high jump at the NSIC Indoor Championships on February 27, becoming just the seventh Husky to win an event at the indoor NSIC Championships and first since Natalie Gottschalk (2015-19) won the pentathlon in 2018. At the meet, she scored 14 of the team's 18.5 points in the meet including 10 points for winning the high jump.
Earlier this summer, Martinez-Rodriguez earned the second CSC Academic All-District® honors of her career (2023-24 and 2025-26).
