2011: Greenwood carded a time of 22:50 at the Oz Memorial and a time of 30:01 at the Roy Griak in 2011...also charted a time of 27:38.5 at the NSIC meet in 2012.
2010: First year… Participated in five races for the Huskies… Finished 10th overall at the Pine Hill Invite with a time of 28:38.4… Finished 11th at MSU’s Caty’s Run (6K), finishing the race in 21:16… Ran a personal best 28:34.56 at the NSIC Championships, finishing in 45th place… Competed at the Central Regionals (10K), and finished 109th with a time of 36:40.72.
High School: A 2010 graduate of Delano H.S., where he ran under coach Greg Lindquist...he was a four time letterwinner in cross-country and six time letterwinner in track & field…was named All-Conference three times in C.C. and team captain…was All-State and a four time All-Conference runner in track & field.
Personal: Son of Bill Greenwood and Heather Sorsen...names his father as the person with the greatest influence on his running career… his father ran a 1:46 800 meter and competed at the Olympic trials...lists running state for as his greatest sports thrill…majoring in communication studies at SCSU.
