Mike Schroden begins his third season as a Nordic Ski coach at St. Cloud State University in 2020-21.
A resident of St. Cloud, Minn., Schroden has over 10 years of experience as a nordic ski coach with the high school teams at nearby St. Cloud Cathedral High School and Sartell High School. In addition to his coaching experience, Schroden has competed as an amateur Nordic ski race for over a decade and is a former ultra endurance mountain bike racer.
He has worked in the Nordic ski industry for over 23 years and has been the owner of the Revolution Cycle and Ski Shop in St. Cloud, Minn. for the past 12 years.
Schroden is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Duluth, where he was a member of that school's collegiate mountain bike team. Schroden and his wife Angela have three children and they are an active, outdoor oriented family.
