Ridge Stephens

Ridge Stephens joined the St. Cloud State administrative staff as the Assistant Athletics Director of Ticketing & Promotions in October 2025 with experience in collegiate athletics and the private sector.

In his role, Stephens will lead and supervise the department's ticket sales, groups sales and promotions for all 17 varsity sports at SCSU. He will also serve as a liaison to the St. Cloud State Sports Properties for sponsorship fulfillment and suite sales at the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center.

Stephens joins the Huskies after stops at Wyoming, Minnesota and Fort Hays State. He was most previously the Assistant Director of Donor Development at the Cowboy Joe Club for the University of Wyoming Athletics Department. In his role, he executed over 7,000 Society donor initiatives and directed the W-Club alumni program. He also oversaw premium parking operations for football, men’s and women’s basketball, managed donor renewals, benefit distribution, and engagement strategies and coordinated large-scale fundraising events including auctions and golf tournaments.

Prior to his role at role at Wyoming, Stephens supported operations at the University of Minnesota’s Athletes’ Village, managing daily facility scheduling across multiple programs, coordinating premium spaces and team activities, and assisting with special events. He also supervised facilities staff and contributed to strategic planning through facility usage data analysis.

Stephens previously served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Health and Human Performance Department at Fort Hays State University. In that role, he supported instruction across multiple undergraduate courses, helping students succeed in a variety of subject areas. Beyond the classroom, Stephens led initiatives at the Campus Fitness Center, where he oversaw staff operations, instructed group fitness classes, and managed the center’s social media presence to strengthen engagement and promote wellness across campus.

A Tushka, Oklahoma native, Stephens earned his Associate of Science in agricultural economics from Eastern Oklahoma State College before earning his Bachelor of Science in sport & recreation management and his Master of Science in athletic administration from Fort Hays State University (Kan.). Stephens played baseball collegiately as a catcher beginning his career at Eastern Oklahoma State (NJCAA) from 2018-19 before completing his career at Fort Hays State (NCAA Division II) from 2020-2023.

Stephens served as an assistant coach for the varsity and junior varsity baseball teams at St. Michael-Albertville High School during the spring 2025.

Stephens and his wife Sydney reside in Annandale with their golden retriever, Harper.
