Nora Lieser joins the Huskies after a successful four-year stint with Dual Enrollment and Undergraduate Admissions at St. Cloud State University.

In her role, Lieser will oversee marketing and promotions, athletic communications, video/creative content and ticketing for St. Cloud State Athletics, as well as serve as a sport administrator. She will handle sponsorships for events such as the Huskies Sportacular Golf Tournament and various other events, in addition to working closely with St. Cloud State Sports Properties through the Learfield/IMG partnership.

I look forward to expanding on the solid foundation in Huskies Athletics and finding creative ways to increase revenue, enhance our game day atmosphere, and improve the overall Husky fan experience."

Since 2018, Nora Lieser, formerly Stauber, has been a volunteer assistant coach for the Huskies Swim & Dive program while working in Strategic Enrollment Management at St. Cloud State University in different roles including Dual Enrollment and Undergraduate Admissions. Her most recent position was in the Undergraduate Admissions department as the Associate Director for Campus Experience. There, she had oversight of all marketing and communications which included leading the department's communication efforts to 180,000 students in each recruitment cycle.

Lieser also had oversight of all on-campus and virtual event management, the student workforce, and served on several committees campuswide including the Huskies 1st Four Orientation planning committee.

A former NCAA Division II swimmer at Minnesota State Mankato, Lieser served as a graduate assistant at Augsburg University in 2015-16, before taking over as head swim & dive coach. Lieser also served the university as an assistant sports information director. Under Lieser's leadership, the Auggie women's swimming and diving team broke five school records and earned their first All-MIAC (top-three) finish in the 14-year history of Augsburg's program.

In other roles, Lieser worked as an assistant coach for the Edina Swim Club and acted as the Swim Lesson Manager from 2016-18 and as a marketing assistant at Minnesota Duluth Athletics (2014-15). She also spent a year as a staff coach for the Duluth YMCA Northern Swim Team and four years as a camp counselor, coach and instructor for the Maverick Swim Lesson Program in Mankato.

Lieser has earned a B.S. degree in Sport Management and Marketing from Minnesota State University Mankato (2014) and a M.S. in Higher Education Administration (2019) from St. Cloud State University. She is currently pursuing her doctorate degree at St. Cloud State University in Education Administration and Leadership with an emphasis in sport leadership.

A native of Hermantown, Minn., Nora and her husband Scott Lieser reside in Freeport with their golden retriever, Wrigley. Scott was a stand-out pitcher for the Huskies from 2009-2013.
