The St. Cloud State University men's tennis team improved to 8-6 on the season with a 6-3 victory over Carleton College (16-1) on Thursday, April 2. The match was played at the Lifetime Fitness Tennis Center in Lakeville, Minn. and it also marked the first loss of the season for Carleton.

SCSU will continue its season on April 9 with a match at St. Olaf College. The Huskies received a #50 ranking in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association Division II national poll. The results of the match against Carleton are listed below.
