Wheeler runs new personal best time

NORTHFIELD, Minn. – St. Cloud State Cross Country recorded one new 6k cross country personal best on Saturday morning at the Haunted Hustle on the Hill, hosted by St. Olaf at the St. Olaf Cross Country Course in Northfield. As a team, the Huskies placed fourth of seven teams.

Senior Hannah Little (Grimes, Iowa) paced the Huskies, finishing 21^st in 25:49.0, while freshman Jocie Wheeler (Annandale, Minn.) ran 26:09.1, cutting nearly 30 seconds off her previous best time to finish second on the team and 24^th overall.

Sophomore Abbygail Nunez (South St. Paul, Minn.), freshman Campbell Slattery (Big Lake, Minn) and sophomore MerriAnna Johnson (Osceola, Wis.) rounded out the SCSU lineup, finishing 26^th, 32^nd and 33^rd respectively.
