Huskies to host 13 games at Halenbeck Hall
St. Cloud, Minn. – St. Cloud State Women's Basketball has announced their 2026-27 schedule. The Huskies are set to play 29 games with 13 home games at Halenbeck Hall.
The schedule will consist of 23 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) games and 6 non-conference games. SCSU will open the season with an exhibition in Brookings, SD on October 28th, taking on Division I South Dakota State University.
The regular season begins on November 13th against Washburn at the SMSU Crossover Challenge in Marshall, MN. The Huskies will continue playing in the Crossover Challenge the following day (November 14th) taking on Northwest Missouri in Marshall.
The Huskies will host their home opener at Halenbeck Hall on November 17th, taking on Bemidji State in a non-conference game, then they'll continue their homestand taking on Northern Michigan (November 20th), and open NSIC play against Minnesota State-Mankato (November 24th). Huskies then hit the road for a 3-game NSIC stretch against Concordia-St. Paul (December 5th), then out of state to Augustana (December 10th), and over to Nebraska to take on Wayne State (December 12th).
St. Cloud State continues conference play back at Halenbeck Hall, taking on the University of Sioux Falls (December 17th) and SMSU (December 19th). The new year kicks off in Mankato on January 2nd against Minnesota State-Mankato. Huskies are back home for another couple of games against UMary (January 8th) and Minot State (January 9th). January 15th, the Huskies will hike up North on the road to the University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) and Bemidji State (January 16th). They'll return home the following week to take on the University of Minnesota-Crookston (January 22nd) and MSU-Moorhead (January 23rd).
Huskies will finish the month of January and enter the month of February with their longest road-trip of the season taking on Northern State (January 29th), Jamestown (January 30th), SMSU (February 4th), and the University of Sioux Falls (February 6th). Huskies will return to Halenbeck Hall for a 2-game stretch vs Wayne State (February 11th) and Augustana (February 13th) before traveling to Winona State for their final away game of the regular season on February 17th. Huskies will conclude the regular season at home on February 20th hosting Concordia-St. Paul.
