COMMUNITY/CAMPUS SERVICE: Volunteered with the Granite City FrostBite, the local Special Olympics Floor Hockey team...participated in the 2017 and 2019 Special Olympics Polar Plunge to raise funds for Special Olympics MN...volunteered at Madison Elementary (St. Cloud) with 5th graders with the Big Brothers/Sisters program...has read books to classes at Talahi Elementary...has participated annually in SCSU's Husky Hauler program, which helps incoming move into the campus residence halls...participates annually in the Skate with the Huskies community outreach event...at home during the summer, Schuldt has volunteered as a coach for the Dynomite hockey program, which is a hockey program for inner city kids who can’t afford to play hockey...prior to his arrival at SCSU, he volunteered often with Special Olympics floor hockey in Omaha in juniors and worked at the Ronald McDonald House making dinner for sick kids and their families staying in the house.
