2017-18: A redshirt at SCSU in 2017-18...20-3 record...nine falls...first place at Warrior Open...first place at Worthington Open and North Country Open...third place at Dragon and Husky Open...NWCA DII All-Academic Award.
The Reigstad File: A 2017 Willmar High School grad, Reigstad, finished as the 2016 3A MSHSL runner-up in the heavyweight division en route to a 40-4 junior campaign. As a senior he was 38-3 and placed third at the 3A tournament. He also finished fourth as a sophomore in the 3A MSHSL championships with a record of 35-10. In addition, Reigstad finished as the runner-up at the prestigious Minnesota High School Christmas Tournament in 2014 and 2015. Ranked as the #25 overall senior heavyweight in the country by WUSA Magazine. He is the son of David and Jessica Reigstad.
