The Eischens File: A 2016 grad of nearby Pierz High School, Pierz, Minn. He is a three-time MSHSL 1A state medalist and four time state qualifier. He placed third at 152-pounds in 2016, fifth at 152-pounds in 2015, second at 145-pounds in 2014 and was a state qualifier in 2012 at 106-pounds for the Pioneers. Eichens, accumulated a career mark of 195-35 including 97 wins by fall. A transfer from Itasca Community College, he wrestled for former Huskies wrestling great Nick Wilkes and sported an 18-5 record this past season. He is the son of Steen and Robyn Eichens...tecnology management major at SCSU.
