Before SCSU: Attended Concordia College, Moorhead
High School: 2011 graduate of Dassel-Cokato High School. Was a four-time letter winner in golf, three time all-conference, and three year captain. Koivisto also was a two-time letter winner in cross country. Outside of athletics, Tyler enjoys hanging out with friends and playing hockey. He lists his father as the person with the greatest influence on his career.
