2019-20: In his final season with the Huskies, Onwuka appeared in 26 games with eight starts for St. Cloud State. He scored 150 points to average 5.8 a game while tallying 116 rebounds, 23 assists, 11 blocks and 25 steals. Onwuka scored in double-digits five times during the year, including a season-high 14 in a win oer SMSU in mid-December.

2018-19: In his first season with the Huskies, Onwuka appeared and started all 31 games for St. Cloud State. He scored 205 points (6.6/game) with 162 rebounds, 33 assists, 17 blocks and 18 steals during his junior season. Onwuka scored a career-high 15 points the Huskies win over Minot State in November and pulled in a career-high 16 rebounds in an overtime win over Bemdiji State on January 5, 2019. Onwuka earned Academic All-Conference honors at the end of the 2018-19 season.

Previous experience: Prior to joining St. Cloud State, Onwuka played basketball at Western Nebraska Community College and Howard College.
