A former standout for St. Cloud State, Trevon Marshall joined the coaching staff as an assistant in 2021.
Marshall played basketball for the Huskies from 2016 tyo 2020, earning First Team All-Confernece honors for his performance during the 2019-20 season. Marshall appeared and started all 28 games for St. Cloud State and set career highs in minutes played (937), points scored (605), field goal percentage (.488), rebounds (116), assists (139) and steals. He averaged a team-leading and career-high 21.6 points per game, which ranked third in the conference, and became the 43rd player in program history to reach the 1000 points milestone thanks to his 605 point scored during the regular season. Marshall was even more impressive in conference play. He scored in double-digits in 21 of the Huskies 22 conference and scored 30+ points in five different NSIC games. He averaged 23.8 points per game average against conference opponents ranked third in the NSIC and his 5.3 assists/game average was second only to Max Cody at Minot State.
In total, Marshall appeared in 122 games during his tenure at St. Cloud State and averaged 9.0 points and 2.0 rebounds during his career. He will pursue a Master's degree in Sports Management while with the Huskies.
