2025-26 (SENIOR): Played in all 36 games in senior season and lone season as a Husky, scoring six goals and 12 assists for 18 points with three power play goals … Had 43 blocks and 57 shots on goal … Scored first goal of the season on the power play in 4-0 win over Vermont (Oct. 18) … Found the back of the net on the power play in 5-2 win over Alaska Anchorage (Oct. 24) … Had an assist and was +2 on the ice in 5-1 win over No. 3 Western Michigan (Nov. 1) … Recorded season-high five blocks against Miami (Nov. 22) … Had an assist in three straight games against Miami (Nov. 22) and North Dakota (Dec. 5-6) … Scored a goal and had an assist for two points in 4-3 win over No. 6/5 Denver (Dec. 13) … Had two assists and two blocks against Omaha (Jan. 9) … Posted two blocks and a +3 rating in 6-0 win over No. 6 Minnesota Duluth (Jan. 6) … Recorded a goal against No. 6 Minnesota Duluth (Jan. 17) … Found the back of the net against Miami (Jan. 31) … Scored in 4-3 win over Arizona State (Feb. 7).

Personal: Son of Bryan and Julie Smolinski … Has three siblings, Ashytn, Joren and Rylen … Major is Supply Chain Management … His father, Bryan, was a captain at Michigan State and played 15 seasons in the NHL for eight teams … Was a member of the National Honors Society in high school … Also played lacrosse in high school … Career ambition is to play professional hockey … Outside of hockey, enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, watching movies.
