Bio
2022-23: Peschel put together another impressive season in her final year with the Huskies. She appeared and started in all 27 for St. Cloud State and has been a key defensive driver for the Huskies. She scored 138 total points averaging 5.1 per game including a career high 17 points in the Huskies win over UMary on Feb. 11, 2023. Additionally, she nabbed 61 rebounds, tallied 58 assists, 25 steals, and eight blocks. She shot .360 from the floor, .424 from the three-point line, and .620 from the foul line. In 2022-23, Peschel was named a three-year team captain and broke into the Huskies record book ranking top-10 all-time for most games played with 125. She was named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence and earned the 2023 St. Cloud State Excellence in Leadership award.
2021-22: In her fourth season with the Huskies, Peschel appeared and started in all 29 games for St. Clooud State. She scored 58 total points during the season, including a season-high 12 in the team's NSIC/Sanford Health semifinal win over Concordia-St. Paul on February 28. Additionally, Peschel nabbed 49 rebounds, 37 assists, three blocks and 15 steals during the year. Peschel was named to the NSIC Academic All-Conference team at the conclusion of the team and was an Academic Team of Excellence member as well.
2020-21: Peschel again served as the sixth woman off the bench for the Huskies, appearing in all 18 games with 293 total minutes played. She scored 45 total points during the shortened season, including a season-high seven against Mary early in the year. She additionally added 26 rebounds, 18 assists and 10 steals to her statline in 2020-21.
2019-20: In her second season with St. Cloud State, Peschel appeared in all 30 games for the Huskies and played 509 total minutes. A guard and three-point shooting specialist, Peschel scored 110 total points to average 3.7 points a game and added 51 rebounds, 44 assists, three blocks and 19 steals. She scored a career-high 13 points in St. Cloud State's win over MSU-Denver and pulled in a career-high six rebounds in a win over Michigan Tech that same weekend.
2018-19: As a first year, Peschel appeared in 21 of the Huskies 29 games in 2018-19. She scored 18 points, averaging .9 per game, while pulling in 25 rebounds, nine assists and four steals. She scored a career-high six points in a win over Minnesota-Crookston in early January and pulled in a career-high three rebounds in a win over Upper Iowa in February.
High School: Peschel put together an outstanding basketball resume during her time with Sauke Center, leading the Mainstreeters to a second-place finish at the Minnesota State AA Basketball Championships in 2016-17 and a State Championship Title in 2017-18. While at Sauke Rapids, Peschel joined the 1000 points club as a junior and garnered multiple All-Conference and team honors during her high school career.
