2017: As a senior in 2017, Gruber appeared in 30 matches and 106 sets for the Huskies and led the team in multiple offensive categories... she recorded a team leading 273 kills with 26 digs, four solo blocks and 46 block assists during the season... Gruber recorded a season high 16 kills twice in 2017, first against Bemidji State on September 14 and again against Sioux Falls on November 3...

2016: Gruber played in 28 matches and 77 sets during the 2016 season...tallied 118 kills, 23 digs, 39 block assists and two solo blocks for the Huskies...hit a season-high 14 kills at Minnesota State on Nov. 4.

Before SCSU: A 2014 graduate of BBE H.S...played two seasons of volleyball at North Dakota State College of Science...lettered in volleyball (2010-13), basketball (2011-14), softball (2011-12) and track (2014) in high school...earned All-Conference honos at NDSCS in 2015 and served as a team captain there in 2014...gained All-America Academic honors at NDSCS in 2015...on the Dean's List t NDSCS in 2014 and 2015.

Personal: The daughter of Roger and Kirsten Gruber...public relations major at St. Cloud State...enjoys cooking and rollerblading.
