The Hugg File: A grad of Granite City Baptist Academy in St. Cloud, Hugg competed for nearby St. Cloud Tech High School under legendary coach Bob Boeck. He was the 2017 MSHSL 3A State Runner-up at 195-pounds for the Tigers. Also, he was a MSHSL state qualifier in 2016 and 2015 at 195-pounds. Hugg had a three-year mark of 104-17. He is the son of Jeff and Tresa Hugg.
