
Women's Hoops Host Minot State and U-Mary in Weekend Games

The St. Cloud State University women's basketball team will host Minot State and the University of Mary in Halenbeck Hall this Friday and Saturday, Dec. 13 and 14. Action will tipoff at 6 p.m. on Friday and 4 p.m. on Saturday, with the men's game to follow both nights.Â
The Huskies enter the weekend with a 6-1 overall record and sit at 2-1 in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference. Minot State enters the weekend 7-0 overall and 3-0 in the NSIC. U-Mary holds a 4-2 overall record, 2-1 in conference action.Â
Youth Night/Non-Perishable Food Item
This is a weekend of giving for St. Cloud State Athletics and the Huskies have several promotions on Friday. Friday is Youth Night at Halenbeck Hall. Youth up to age 14 can gain free admission with a paid adult. In addition, St. Cloud State Athletics is sponsoring a Food Drive. Bring a non-perishable food item to the ticket window and get a $5 adult ticket. Stop by the SAAC and Recreation/Marketin Annual Giving Tree on Friday for instructions on purchasing gifts for donation to the Anna Marie's Shelter for Battered Women and Children.
