Huskies swimming and diving off to strong start at Phoenix 1-2-3 hosted by Wisconsin-Green Bay

Green Bay, Wis. -- The St. Cloud State men's and women's swimming and diving teams posted 28 season best times in first day competition of the Phoenix 1-2-3 hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. The competition continues on Saturday.
The women's 400 medley relay placed first. Junior Kelsey Leeson (Riverton, Utah) won the 50 free and senior Kellyn Craig (Denver, Colo.) placed firs in the 200 IM.
On the men's side senior Jake Stoll (Gilbert, Ariz.) was victorious in the 50 free and senior Alex Bryson (Appleton, Wis.) won the 500 free.
"We had a great night of swimming and are looking forward to a strong day tomorrow," said head coach Jeff Hegle.
