Final round of SJU men's golf invitational canceled

St. Cloud, Minn. -- The final two rounds of the Saint John's Men's Golf Invitaional scheduled for today (Sunday) have been canceled due to rain. The 18-team field was scheduled to play 36 holes at the Monticello Country Club.
The first round results will serve as the final results of the tournament and the Huskies claimed a share of a three-way tie for first place with Saint John's and Wisconsin-Eau Claire. The Huskies posted a team score of 296.
Individually, Charlie West led St. Cloud State as he tied for third place firing a one-under-par 71 at the St. Cloud Country Club in Saturday's first round. Matt Bible, Chase Hahne and Devin Holmes, all shot three-over-par 75 and tied for 16th place. Tyler Koivisto rounded out the Huskies first team scoring with a 79.
