#2 SCSU Wrestling to open dual season at SJU on Nov. 24

The #2 nationally ranked St. Cloud State University wrestling team (0-0, 0-0 NSIC) will open its 2015-16 dual match season on Tuesday, Nov. 24 with a road match at nearby rival St. John's University in Collegeville, Minn. at 7 p.m.
The Huskies completed their 2014-15 season with a 17-2 overall record and a perfect 8-0 NSIC record. SCSU is the four-time defending NSIC champion and the Huskies also claimed their first NCAA Division II national title in 2015 under the leadership of head coach Steve Costanzo.
SCSU owns an seven match winning streak against St. John's and in 2013-14, the Huskies scored a 38-0 win over the Johnnies at Halenbeck Hall. In 2012-13, the Huskies posted a 33-6 win over SJU in their last trip to Collegeville. SJU is 0-1 this season, which includes a 31-12 loss against Southwest Minnesota State on Nov. 18.
