#2 SCSU Wrestling charts victory over Indianapolis

#2 St. Cloud State wrestling (7-1, 0-0 NSIC)Â scored a 34-8 victory over the #16 Indianapolis squad in the second dual match at the Ranger Duals in Kenosha, Wisc. on Saturday, Jan. 16.
St. Cloud State opened up the dual with wins both at 125lbs and 133lbs, as Brett Velasquez(125) and Tyler Pasvogel(133) gave the Huskies a early 7-0 team score lead over Indianapolis.
After dropping the match at 141, Nick Crume over Ryan Rodorigo, St Cloud State would win the next three matches in dominant fashion; scoring two falls thanks to Jay Hildreth and Larry Bomstad at 149 and 157, as well as a major decision with Josh Berg at 165.
Jordan Collins of Indianapolis would squeak a win over St. Cloud State's Vince Dietz at 174. However, the Huskies would remain perfect the rest of the dual earning wins at 184 with Chevy Farris, 197 with Trae Story and at Heavyweight as Mike Hobs would pick up the major over Brian Snyder with a score 10-0.
The Huskies will continue their weekend campaign against the host school Wisconsin-Parkside who received a #6 ranking in the last NCAA Division 2 national poll.
