Volleyball ranked #13 in AVCA poll

LEXINGTON, KY – The St. Cloud State University volleyball team stayed in the top-15 of the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) poll this week. After a 1-2 weekend in Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) play, the Huskies moved to #13 in the latest poll, which was released Monday afternoon.
This marks the sixth consecutive week St. Cloud State has been ranked in the top-25 and the fourth consecutive week the team has been ranked in the top-15. Additionally, the Huskies were one of eight teams from the NSIC ranked in the top-25, while Minnesota State and Sioux Falls received votes.
St. Cloud State will return to action this Friday when the team hosts #11 Southwest Minnesota State University at 6 p.m. in Halenbeck Hall. The Huskies will close the weekend by hosting (RV) Sioux Falls at 2 p.m. in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
