A dozen former St. Cloud State University men's hockey players were brought into NHL training camps for the upcoming 2021 season.

Edmonton: Patrick Russell
Los Angeles: Mikey Eyssimont & Blake Lizotte
Since the 1930s, SCSU has seen 36 of its former players play in the NHL. The 2021 NHL season is slated to start on Jan. 13.
The Huskies currently own a 9-4-0 record this season and are in first place in the NCHC. In the latest NCAA DI polls, St. Cloud State is ranked #4/5 and it will play a pair of games at Western Michigan on Jan. 15-16 in Kalamazoo, Mich.
