No. 5/6 St. Cloud State vs. No. 7 North Dakota Series Picked up by MidCo Sports

Huskies/Fighting Hawks series will be televised on Fox 9 + and MidCo Sports
ST. CLOUD, Minn. – No. 5/6 St. Cloud State Men's Hockey's home series with No. 7 North Dakota, scheduled for Dec. 3-4 at the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center, is being picked up by MidCo Sports this weekend. In addition to the coverage already provided by Fox 9 +, which spans the majority of the state of Minnesota, MidCo Sports will reach households in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.
Fox 9's Jim Rich and Pat Micheletti will once again be on the call for the broadcast, which will be produced by St. Cloud State's own Husky Productions.
The Huskies and Fighting Hawks will hit the ice in a rematch of the 2021 National Collegiate Hockey Conference (NCHC) Frozen Faceoff Championship. Friday's matchup is scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. CT, while Saturday's game is slate to started at 6 p.m. CT.
North Dakota leads the all-time series between the two schools, 77-45-15, although the Huskies have a slight edge, 5-4-1, in the last 10 games dating back to March 2018. Last season, the SCSU and UND split two games in the NCHC pod (5-3 SCSU win on Dec. 12, 4-3 OT UND win on Dec 16) before the Fighting Hawks won the NCHC Frozen Four Championship in a 5-3 win on March 16.
