St. Cloud State Men’s Hockey Releases 2024-25 Schedule

Nonconference slate includes St. Thomas, Bemidji State, Michigan, Augustana and Boston College
FULL SCHEDULE
ST. CLOUD, Minn. – St. Cloud State Men's Hockey finalized its 2024-25 schedule on Friday, adding five series with nonconference opponents to its schedule. Three opponents, St. Thomas, Bemidji State and Michigan, are return opponents from past seasons, while two opponents, Augustana and Boston College, have been added to the schedule for the upcoming season. Additionally, the Huskies will host Minnesota for an exhibition game on Saturday, Oct. 5 at the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center to kick off the season.
For the fourth consecutive season, St. Cloud State will officially open its season with St. Thomas, this time with a single game on Sunday, Oct. 6 in St. Paul. The two teams will finish its home-and-home series on Sunday, Dec. 29 when the Tommies travel to St. Cloud. The Huskies will then open home portion of its regular season schedule on Friday, Oct. 11 with the first half of a home-and-home season with Bemidji State. SCSU will then travel up to Bemidji on Saturday, Oct. 19.
The Huskies will make its first trip to Ann Arbor since 2002 when SCSU plays Michigan at Yost Ice Arena on Oct. 18-19. Following its trip to Michigan, SCSU will host Augustana (Oct. 25-26) and 2024 NCAA runner-up Boston College (Nov. 1-2) at the Brooks Center. SCSU will play Augustana for the first time ever, welcoming back former Husky captain and assistant coach Garrett Raboin, who now leads the Vikings in its second season of competition.
In all, the Huskies will play 18 regular season games inside the Brooks Center in 2024-25 with NCHC series against Miami (Nov. 8-9), Omaha (Dec. 6-7), Arizona State (Jan. 17-18), North Dakota (Jan. 31-Feb. 1), Colorado College (Feb. 21-22) and Minnesota Duluth (March 7-8) already announced.
All dates listed for the 2024-25 schedule are subject to change and times are still to be announced.
