WCHA Announces 2024-25 Conference Schedule

Huskies to open WCHA play with road series at Bemidji State on Oct. 11-12, make home conference debut on Oct. 18-19 against Ohio State
BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – The Western Collegiate Hockey Association (WCHA) announced its 2024-25 conference schedule on Thursday, providing St. Cloud State Women's Hockey with 28 WCHA contests across 14 series.
The Huskies begin their WCHA slate on Oct. 11-12 with a road series against Bemidji State, make their home conference debut the following week against Ohio State (Oct. 18-19) and will finish on the road at Ohio State on Feb. 21-22. Included in SCSU's 14 conference series, are four home-and-home series, with two against St. Thomas (Oct. 25-26 and Jan. 31 – Feb. 1) and two against Minnesota (Nov. 22-23 and Feb. 14-15) in which one game in each series will be played at each institution.
Following the regular season, the WCHA Tournament will begin with all eight league teams advancing to the First Round, with seeding set by the regular season standings. The top four seeds each host a best-of-three quarterfinal series the weekend of Feb. 28-March 2, and the four winners will advance to meet at the WCHA Final Faceoff on March 7-8 at Amsoil Arena in Duluth, Minn.
The full 2024-25 Huskies Women's Hockey schedule including nonconference opponents will be released in the coming weeks. All game times will be determined by the host institution.
