Steve Costanzo Named National Coach of the Year Ahead of NCAA Tournament

This is Costanzo’s fourth National Coach of the Year Honor
Manheim, Pa.- St. Cloud State Wrestling Head Coach Steve Costanzo was named National Coach of the Year as announced by the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) Thursday evening. This is the fourth time that Costanzo has won the award. He last received the honor in the 2020 season
Costanzo and the Huskies have seen a plethora of success in the 2024-25 season. St. Cloud State won their eighth overall NWCA National Duals Championship, 18th Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Championship and 12th Super Region V Championship. The Huskies went a perfect 14-0 in dual season while qualifying eight wrestlers for the NCAA Tournament.
