St. Cloud State Wrestling Announces 2026-2027 Schedule

Huskies to wrestle six duals at Halenbeck Hall
St. Cloud, MN - St. Cloud State Wrestling has released their 2026-27 schedule. The Huskies are in line to wrestle 6 duals at Halenbeck Hall, 10 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) Duals, the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) National Duals Tournament, the All-Star Showcase, John Hancock Duals, and five open tournaments. St. Cloud State will begin their season on October 29th hosting the annual Black and Red Classic.
Following the yearly intersquad dual, the Huskies will compete on November 7th in the All-Star Showcase in Des Moines, IA and the Yellowjacket Open. They will then wrestle at the Luther Open on November 14th.
Conference dual season begins at Minnesota State-Mankato on December 4th, then onto the Dragon Open hosted by Minnesota State-Moorhead (MSUM) on December 5th, and back home at Halenbeck Hall for a dual against SMSU on December 6th.
The Huskies will then head back on the road for the John Hancock Duals in Golden, CO (December 19th), the NWCA National Duals Tournament in Cedar Falls, IA (January 8th & 9th), and the Worthington Open (January 16th).
The Huskies will continue conference duals back home against Northern State on January 17th, then head back on the road to the Dakotas taking on UMary (January 21st), University of Sioux Falls (January 30th), and Augustana (January 31st). Huskies will kick off the month of February back home on the 4th to take on the University of Jamestown.
The Huskies will compete in their final Open match of the season at the Don Parker Open in Eau Claire, WI on February 6th. On the same day they'll compete in a dual against Minot State at Halenbeck Hall, with the regular season finale scheduled on February 12th against Parkside at home.
The Super Region 5 Championship is set to take place on February 27th in Aberdeen, SD where the Huskies will seek their 13th overall Super Region Championship. NCAA Championships will be held in Cedar Rapids, IA on March 12th-13th. SCSU is coming off a 6th place finish with 5 All-Americans in last year's big dance.
