Reiners Named to New NCHC Academic All-Conference Team

Reiners earns the honor as SCSU’s student-athletes with the highest cumulative GPA as a junior or older
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – St. Cloud State Men's Hockey senior defenseman Mason Reiners (Edina, Minn.) was named to the new National Collegiate Hockey Conference (NCHC) Academic All-Conference team, as announced by the league on Thursday. Reiners is one of nine upperclassmen on the inaugural all-conference team, with one representative from each member school.
The student-athlete with the highest cumulative grade-point average on each NCHC team earns a spot on the new Academic All-Conference Team. Recipients must be at least a junior in school and have spent a full academic year at their current institution (no first-year transfers).
