
St. Cloud State Athletics Places 49 on 2025-26 NSIC Winter All-Academic Teams

Thirty-four Huskies earn Team of Excellence recognitionv
BURNSVILLE, Minn. – St. Cloud State Athletics had 49 student-athletes earn 2025-26 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) Winter All-Academic honors, as announced by the league on Thursday. In addition, 34 Huskies earned Team of Excellence recognition.
Women's Swim & Dive led the way with 21 total recipients, followed by Women's Basketball's 11. Track & Field had eight recipients, Men's Basketball had five and Wrestling had four.
To be eligible for the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence, a student- athlete must have a 3.60 cumulative GPA or higher, while NSIC All-Academic Team members must have a 3.20 cumulative GPA or higher.
Additionally, the student-athlete must be a member of the varsity traveling team, have reached sophomore athletic and academic standing at her/his institution (true freshmen, redshirt freshmen and ineligible athletic transfers are not eligible) and must have completed at least one full academic year at that institution.
