Four Huskies Added NCHC Academic All-Conference Honors

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – St. Cloud State Men's Hockey had four freshmen added to the National Collegiate Hockey Conference Academic All-Conference Team, as announced by the league on Thursday. The group of four Huskies were among 96 freshmen and first-year transfers added to total 209 Academic All-Conference and 153 Distinguished Scholar Athletes league-wide for the 2025-26 season.

To earn a spot on the NCHC Honor Roll (previously called Academic All-Conference), a student-athlete must compile a 3.0 cumulative grade-point average (or better) and have completed a full academic year at their current institution. Similarly, to receive NCHC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete honors, a student-athlete must attain a 3.5 cumulative GPA or better with a full year of academic studies. Freshmen and first-year transfers were not eligible when NCHC academic accolades were first announced in February. Athletic success and playing time are not criteria for these awards.

In February, 17 Huskies were named to the NCHC Academic All-Conference Team.
