2019-20: Ahcan joined St. Cloud State's 100-point club with his assist on Feb. 8 at Colorado College...Ahcan is just the third defenseman in team history to score 100-plus points...selected as a team captain in 2019-20...preseason All-NCHC selection...has already scored seven goals and 17 assists in 31 games played for the Huskies in 2019-20...six multi-point games to his credit in 2019-20...played in 127 consecutive games for SCSU from 2016-17 to Feb. 28, 2020 (before missing game on Feb. 29, 2020 as an injury scratch) ...earned NCHC Defensive Player of the Week honors on Dec. 9, 2019 (vs. Miami) and Dec. 16, 2019 (vs. Omaha)...has scored 2 PPGs, 1 SHG and 1 GWG for the Huskies this winter...leads team with 53 blocked shots this season...has 67 shots on net...ranks among top five defensemen in the NCHC for points, goals, assists and blocked shots. ..in his career, Ahcan now has 21 goals, 81 assists and 102 points...he broke team record for career assists by a defenseman on Feb. 28, 2020 and now has 81 career assists as a Husky...2019-20 All-NCHC Second Team.

2018-19: Will serve as a team captain in 2019-20...2019 All-America Second Team West...2019 All-NCHC Second Team...NCHC Defensive Player of the Week on Feb. 11, 2019...played in 39 games for the Huskies...led team with 28 assists...also had six goals and 34 points...+29 in 2018-19...had 55 blocked shots on defense...tallied four assists in win at UAF on Oct. 13, 2018...eight multi-point games in 2018-19...posted three assists in win over CC on Feb. 9, 2019...scored a GWG vs. Miami on Feb. 2, 2019...tallied 79 shots on goal in 2018-19...named to 2018 Three Rivers Classic All-Tournament team.

2017-18: Played in 40 games for the Huskies in 2017-18...scored three goals and 20 assists...tallied 54 blocks on defense...six multi-point games as a sophomore...had two assists vs. Alaska on Oct. 13, 2017...also had two assists vs. UMD on Nov. 4...scored two assists against Omaha on Feb. 2 and also had two assists vs. Miami on March. 11...had a season-high four blocks vs. Omaha on Dec. 1.

2016-17: Named to 2017 All-NCHC Rookie Team...named to 2017 All-NCHC Academic team...led SCSU freshmen with 21 points (5g/16a)...named SCSU's Roland Vandell Award winner (Rookie of the Year) in 2016-17...earned NCHC Rookie of the Week notice on Oct. 31 (UAH), Nov. 15 (CC) and Jan. 16 (UMD)...also named NCHC Defensive Player of the Week on Jan. 16 vs. UMD...member of Team USA squad that won gold medal at 2017 IIHF World Juniors...first collegiate point came with an assist at Minnesota on Oct. 21, 2016...first point at the HBNHC was an assist vs. Minnesota on Oct. 22...first college goal (and first at the HBNHC) was a tally against UAH on Oct. 29, 2016...had four multi-point games as a rookie...hit season high with three points vs. UAH on Oct. 29 (1g/2a)...had two assists at WMU on Dec. 3, 2016...had two goals in game at UMD on Jan. 13, 2017.

Before SCSU: A 2015 graduate of Burnsville High School, where he played for Janne Kivihalvne...a three-year letter winner in hockey and baseball at Burnsville...served as a team captain for hockey and baseball teams in high school...a Minnesota Mr. Hockey finalist in 2015...invited to tryout for U.S. National Junior Team, which will compete at IIHF World Junior Championships in 2017...played for Cedar Rapids in the USHL during the 2015-16 season...scored 15 goals and 32 assists during his year at Cedar Rapids...named USHL Defenseman of the Year...selected to USHL All-Star First Team in 2015-16...led USHL defenders in goal scoring...on World Junior A Challenge team that won a bronze medal in 2015-16.
