At SCSU: A versatile performer for SCSU, Uz ranked among team's top five in 2018-19 in the 200 free, 100 backstroke, 200 backstroke and 200 IM.
Before SCSU: A 2016 graduate of Ferguson H.S...4X letterwinner in swimming in high school...team MVP...school record holder in 200 IM, 200 medley relay and 400 free relay...a transfer from Keiser University...placed ninth at NAIA nationals in the 400 IM.
Personal: The son of Walter Uz of Miami...biomedical sciences major...enjoys karting, soccer and hanging with friends.
